This scheme is valid in HONG KONG only. If you would like to apply the Maintenance Scheme, please fill in the following form. We will handle your application accordingly

Maintenance Fee

Available for FUJIOH cooker Hood       -    (one year) HK$480  or  (two years) HK$880
Available for ARIAFINA cooker Hood   -   (one year) HK$550  or  (two years) HK$1000
Free replacement or repair of the examined defective parts (remarks 5)
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT RENEWAL must join before the expiry of maintenance period
All participants will receive gifts – Fidelity OIL DEGREASER Multi-Functional Emulsifier 500ml x 1pc

Joining maintenance service payment method

Maintenance Terms & Conditions:

1. Receipt will be mail back to you after we received your payment
2. Maintenance fee is not refundable
3. Maintenance service does not cover:
   (a)Cleaning & Check up service
   (b)Reinstallation, removal and transportation of product
   (c)Replacement or renewal of aged parts (not defective) and all unnecessary repair.
   (d)Damages or losses caused by violence, misuse, abuse, negligence, excessive corrosion, repair or modification by unauthorized personnel, accident, natural calamities or other events beyond the Company's control.
4. If the technician check the mechanical functioning properly found within the Maintenance contract period, the company has the right to receive maintenance fee HK$300 (single service).
5. Free replacement or repair of the examined defective motor & motor parts in nomal use. (Except cabinet, oil tray, air duct, attachments, reinstallation, removal, cabinet renewal, dirt or oil stain cleaning, etc.).
6. If you do not join the Maintenance Contract Renewal, it will be charge maintenance and repair fee
7. Extra fee will be charged for service in Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and others outlying islands.
8. If you change you contant number and address, please notify us as soon as possible.
9. All charges, terms and details are subject to change without any prior notice, in case of dispute, the decision of Fidelity shall be final.
